Coming to you from San Francisco, this week's community update is packed with major business milestones and technical leaps forward. With our first 8-digit ARR deal nearing completion, the Auki ecosystem is scaling faster than ever.
Here is a look at our expanding enterprise pipeline, the launch of the Cactus LLM, and an open invitation to build with us in Hong Kong.
Our go-to-market strategy is working, and we are rapidly approaching profitability. We are in the mid-to-late stages of closing our first 8-digit enterprise customer this year.
More importantly, the pipeline is growing behind it. We have another lead in the early stages that is roughly five times the size of our current 8-digit deal. Retailers fundamentally understand the value proposition of what we are doing with spatial AI, and the robotics companies recognize that our software accelerates their deployments.
To support this massive expansion, we are officially setting up an office in San Francisco and actively recruiting US-based talent.
We showcased the first demos of the Cactus LLM. This is a conversational AI that possesses the precise spatial and inventory context of a specific store.
When a customer asks the AI, "What wine goes well with chicken?", the system doesn't just hallucinate a generic response. It cross-references the store's actual live inventory and recommends a specific SKU that is currently in stock, while guiding the customer to the exact shelf location.
This contextual awareness is critical for the customer-facing robots and AR guidance systems we are deploying this year.
We are continuously iterating based on real-world deployments.
Our 3D reconstructions are getting incredibly sophisticated, especially when utilizing 360-degree cameras on robots. The results are so impressive that we are seriously considering offers from three different Chinese OEMs to manufacture a custom, Auki-specific robot equipped with our ideal sensor array.
In the meantime, we are officially opening the doors of our Hong Kong headquarters (Level 10) to external developers.
